[One thing that was not mentioned below was palatibility. In my experience white rice has a high ability to satiate, while rice with tomato sauce has a dramatically lower ability to satisfy. Same comments apply to plain bread, versus the same bread with peanut butter and raspberry ...

Began the day at our hotel in Philadelphia, where I got in a workout before breakfast. (They had quite a nice health club.) Later we had breakfast in the hotel and then a leisurely drive home, stopping at a restaurant for lunch.
