I travel a lot on business, here is my typical hotel breakfast: A small pack of "Cheerios" with skim milk One slice of whole wheat (I think) bread with a pat of cream cheese Several cups of coffee with Splenda..and half/half.

In researching computer programs to help me plan and monitor my diet I discovered one called Mealformation... www.Mealformation.com I'm guessing it is like Mastercook but I am not sure. Has anyone here used Mealformation?

Just bought some Lipton decaf Green Tea to increase my Antioxidants... And it is not bad as iced tea. Then noticed on the Lipton decaf Regular Tea box that it says "high in Antioxidants" as well...
