Has anyone ever read the nutritional labels on sodas? It's absurd - 40g of sugar per 12oz can, almost a saturated solution. Worse yet, it doesn't even taste like that much sugar, causing people to drink soda to not consciously know how many grams of sugar they are taking in (if

I began the Nutrisystem food system three months ago. Some posters suggested it wouldn't be helpful in learning how to eat properly outside the system, but I thought it might be an eye-opener about portion control (which it is). I continued to overeat outside the Nutrisystem

Since Friday (today is Monday here) I seem to have steadily dropped a bit every day, and I'm actually at my lowest weight now on this diet this morning 109.2 kg = 240.2 lb - a total loss of 15.8 kg = 34.8 lb. I'm very close to at least 3 milestones! :)
