Is there anyone out there that could just give me the daily meal
breakdowns for a 1600 cal diet??
My mother, who is 84, is on a 1600 cal diet and I am trying to get her
set up again.  With all the info out there on the web, I can not seem

I miss doing my  multiple daily blogs.  Private journaling isn't as
helpful. Guess I like an audience even if it's just Rosie.The creative
writing, corny as it was, was helping me. I'm following my program and
also losing weight. The former is the most important.

As you will notice my diet has increased in proteins and decreased in carbs.
My husband needs to loose and he has done good on this diet before (mayo
clinic diet) and kept it off for about 7years but his weight as slowly crept
back up. I have came to a stand still so I am doing this ...
