Food & Exercise -- 11/29/200530 Nov 2005 20:25 GMT4
Well, it started out as a typical Tuesday but didn't end up that way.
Yesterday evening I started having a toothache, which I thought was
because a temporary crown I had might have worked loose a bit, not
fully protecting the nerve.  It got much worse this afternoon at work,
November 29, 2005 - Food & Exercise30 Nov 2005 20:24 GMT10
Just the usual 10 hour workday.  No exercise today as I've had an upset
stomach all evening.
Breakfast (work):  oatmeal, protein powder and ground flax seed
Mid-morning (work):  apple

I'm really tired this evening.  I had forgotten how much work was involved
in taking care of two little ones.  As much as I love them I was glad when
their parents picked them up late this morning<g>  We spent most of the
evening watching "Cinderella" and eating popcorn.  The two ...
Exercise & Food 11/28/05 (yesterday)30 Nov 2005 01:34 GMT1
I need to get caught up again. Friday was our Thanksgiving it went real well.
Had lots of people (30) and lots of food at my home.  I ate more than usual
but not a tremendous amount more. I tried to put small amount in my plate.
Someone suggested not letting your food touch. So I ...

It would have been so easy to brush off exercise tonight.  My normal 45
minute commute home turned into a very frustrating 1 1/2 hours due to a
section of the interstate being shut down for an accident.  But... I only
exercised two days last week and promised to get back on track ...
Tyra Banks learns what it's like to be really fat29 Nov 2005 21:30 GMT25
TYRA BANKShas gone undercover as a 350-pound woman.
Banks wore the fat suit to experience what it's like to be obese.
"It seemed like the last form of open discrimination that's OK, and I
decided to put on a 350-pound suit myself and live that life for a day and
Food & Exercise -- 11/27/200529 Nov 2005 15:18 GMT1
Back to a normal routine.  Went to the gym in the morning (after
sleeping rather late), then to work.  Ran at lunchtime.  Did a bunch
of errands after work, then came home and had my usual turkey burger
:-).
Food & Exercise -- 11/24-27/2005 (Thursday through Sunday)29 Nov 2005 15:13 GMT1
Well, I finally took the time to catch up my food log.  It's always
harder when I have complicated restaurant meals, even though I (of
course) just guesstimate quantities and ingredients.  In general, I
spent the 4 days of the Thanksgiving weekend eating a lot and

Nutrition, Diet, Exercise Software28 Nov 2005 22:38 GMT4
I like to know if anyone is aware of Nutrition, Diet, Exercise Software
that contains Australian food items (like milo, vegemite) in its
database when typing in what you have eaten a day.
I know that there is some Software from DietClub.com.au, but

Today is day 167 of my diet and I have not gone off even one time. And my

But for the first time since starting my diet I had a vivid dream of FOOD.
Online Calorie Counter?28 Nov 2005 00:06 GMT8
Does anyone know of a good free online-calorie counter? (other then
Fitday, which I do not like).
I used to use CalorieKing but seems as if they have changed it since I
had used it, I`d prefer not to join anything or sign up for anything - I
what diet should I pick to use?27 Nov 2005 23:56 GMT31
I'm really stuck.  I want to restart a diet plan again.  I've been diagnosed
with a slow thyroid, which would explain why it has been next to impossible
to lose weight.  I have been on a med for it for a week and if it works,
losing weight should be a possibility again.
