I used to post here under the name determined...
I'm currently 8 months pregnant, and am already looking forward to the time
when I will start to shed this baby fat!  I have to admit, I have gained
more than what I had been planning on, so far about 30 lbs, but with 5 more

(outdoors) or lifecycle machines ? light weight training (low weight,
high reps) or (high weight , low reps) ? squash ? swimming ? basketball,
ball hockey or other team sport ?

A friends son(12yr) is trying to lose weight, he is getting teased a lot at
school etc.
We all started going on bike rides after school etc but its now dark in the
mornings and evenings so he doesnt want to go out on his bike now for safety

I have been an on and off dieter for many years. I have lost a total o
20 kilos in all and am just now trying to lose the final 5.
My diet goes something like this:
Breakfast: 2 eggs poached or scrambled occassionally with 1 slice o

A fairly typical Monday -- gym, then work, with lunchtime walk.  (It
was another gorgeous day -- cloudless, high in the low 70s.)  I came
home early to avoid being on the road after dark when the
trick-or-treaters are out.

I know, I know, ephedra is bad for you... My belief is that it's bad when
you take more than the recommended dosage. Everything is bad in excess,
right? Anyway, I lost 30 lbs a couple of years ago on the T-Burn combo
with ephedra and they haven't brought it back even though the ban ...
