Weekend Pig-Out11 Nov 2005 16:19 GMT20
I work out 6 days per week, 1 1/2 hours cardio each day and 2 days of
full body strength training, but I would like to eat what I want (bbq
wings, fried chicken, hamburger) from Friday night to Sunday night,
then from Monday morning to Friday afternoon, eat healthy(oatmeal,
Food & Exercise -- 11/9.200511 Nov 2005 14:09 GMT8
Another day of meetings, and of overindulgence in meeting food.  Even
though I'd decided to eat what I wanted, I'm not pleased with myself
for eating so many sweets today. I can see how I became fat, given my
ability to eat goodies even when I'm not hungry!
Kelly Lebrock11 Nov 2005 02:12 GMT3
Did anyone else see her on Entertainment Tonight? Everyone remember her

"Weird Science"? She's going to be a part of the show Celebrity Fit
Club. She currently weighs 176 and plans on losing 20-25 lbs. because

Jog Stroller Ramblings10 Nov 2005 23:03 GMT6
I had absolutely no luck finding a used double jogging stroller yesterday.
I ended up going to a department store to look at the jogging strollers.
There was one model and I was willing to take it at the mind numbing price
they were asking for it.  Guess what...it was out of ...

Introduction10 Nov 2005 15:17 GMT6
I'm a 38 year old full time stay at home mom.  I have gained a lot of weight
over the last few years between pregnancies and depression.  I went from 132
pounds up to 222 pounds.  My current weight is 186 pounds.  I've changed my
ways of eating and started exercising.  I've been ...
November 9, 2005 - Food & Exercise10 Nov 2005 13:54 GMT2
The usual workday.  Four of my co-workers and I met a former department
member who retired a couple years ago for lunch today.   My daughter and I
met my ex SIL's parents for dinner this evening.  Stopped at the grocery to
purchase items needed to make a salad for the annual ...

triglyceride level (around 500).
Also, what is the cause of elevated triglyceride levels?

This tasty herring in oil has one of the most ridiculous nutrition
labels that I have ever seen. Another one for my fine collection.

November 7,2005 - Food & Exercise09 Nov 2005 00:16 GMT3
The usual 10 hour workday.  I spent the better part of the evening preparing
an annual report of volunteer hours for the MetroParks.  We have our annual
meeting Thursday evening and the director wanted a report of hours for the
bike, hike and horse patrols.
