Today I went and got my back popped. My arms have been going to sleep on me during the night. The doctor said my back was out a little so he popped me and I'll see how I sleep tonight. Stopped and seen my grandson's they both have had a bad cold.

There seems to be quite a conflict of opinions on this subject. Some will tell you that there is very little if any muscle loss while one is on a ketogenic diet whereas others will say it's impossible to get stronger while in a ketotic state.
