Today I went and got my back popped. My arms have been going to sleep on me
during the night. The doctor said my back was out a little so he popped me
and I'll see how I sleep tonight.  Stopped and seen my grandson's they both

A very small resolution. I want to re-lose the 2 lbs that I gained in
2005, and increase amount of exercise. Since I just had kid #2, I do
not want to have any more plans.

On a week to week, Friday morning to Friday morning basis I managed to eke
out a small weight loss this week - 0.4 kg = 0.9 lb. My total weight loss
after 25 weeks is 21.6 kg = 47.5 lb.
