I currently purchased the GRN Vitapower dietary supplement. I am curious to find out if any one has tried it ---most importantly is it safe and does it work? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Or and if I take this product I don't have to take my daily multivitamins right?

quite unprepared for a better than expected loss for my monthly weigh in! Can't quite believe that I am 15 lbs from being under 200 lbs- wonder of wonders I assure you! All thanks to the inspiration I receive here - that plus exercise and whole grain goodness :-)

Tonight we had chicken, breaded with whole wheat bread crumbs made from homemade bread, topped with tomato sauce made from tomatoes we grew, and whole wheat pasta. Huge, awesome meal...totally core.

I got my bloodwork done today. Last test I was 230 lbs. Today, 186 lbs. Triglycerides went from 255 to 81. Glucose went from 117 to 105.

This week I lost less than in the previous 5 weeks. But I know these things have ups and downs. And a loss is a loss, 0.9 lb for the week, 61.2 lb so far. My average daily calories came to only 1372 calories/day. Since I lost 0.9

So happy to report that almost all of my clothes are pretty baggy! maybe it is time to get out some of the clothes that have been packed up for years as I have vowed not to buy any new clothes until I am under 200 lbs!
