I need a bit of info. I noticed that you need a certain caloric intake to lose, one to maintain, and of course one to gain weight. Now, does that mean that if I reach my weight goal I am basically doomed to count calories for the rest of my life? I guess it is a lifestyle change ...

Oh Oh when i said I could ration out 20 almonds I did not confess that it doesn't work with pecans and there are times when i don't but the three pound bags for weeks because I weaken and can't trust myself. Diva
