Yesterday i had some Prosciutto (Italian salt pork) and you can guess
what happened to the scale.
The weight I entered into Fitday this a.m. crossed the line into the
zone that says "moderately overweight.' (no mention of "M-O with some

I need a bit of info.  I noticed that you need a certain caloric intake to
lose, one to maintain, and of course one to gain weight. Now, does that mean
that if I reach my weight goal I am basically doomed to count calories for
the rest of my life? I guess it is a lifestyle change ...

Oh Oh when i said I could ration out 20 almonds I did not confess that
it doesn't work with pecans and  there are times when i don't but the
three pound bags for weeks because I weaken and can't trust myself.

My weight was about as fixed as Mt. Rushmore until we got a preview of
spring yesterday and i walked the dogs a couple of miles. Down a pound!

well I did the once a month weigh in yesterday and I had lost but I
sort of thought it would be more. Guess I felt thinner than I was ;-)
