Yesterday I finished 300 days since starting my diet last June 3rd. That's 300 days without going off my diet even one time! This morning's weight was 93.8 kg (down 0.8 kg / 1.8 lb from last week) - which is a total so far of minus 31.2 kg = minus 68.6 lb.
