It started out as an extremely rainy day here in St. Louis, though it
cleared by early afternoon.  My colleagues opted for staying in this
morning and then going to the art museum, but I decided to do some
winery touring.  I drove down along the Missouri River to Augusta, MO

This was a fairly typical week in most respects. I don't have any new major
milestones to report, but as you can see in my stats, below, I'm getting
agonizingly close to a few! :)
My average daily calories came to 1619 calories/day, about 120 calories/day

Don't think that I have ever seen water aerobic mentioned here. Tonight
instead of doing the usual cardio/machines I thought I might do the
water aerobics - I wasn't feeling that great and thought it would be

Well, one week down, one to go -- here in St. Louis, that is.  (Not
that there's anything wrong with the city, I just miss being at home.)
Anyway, today we worked a short day, as the building's air conditioning

It's ice cream season and Cold Stone Creamery just moved into town.  I
grabbed their nutritional information from the website.  These numbers
are before they start mixing in your chosen ingredients.  Ouch!!

Yesterday I finished 300 days since starting my diet last June 3rd. That's
300 days without going off my diet even one time!
This morning's weight was 93.8 kg (down 0.8 kg / 1.8 lb from last week) -
which is a total so far of minus 31.2 kg = minus 68.6 lb.
