After the bike ride Saturday that included a couple challenging climbs I
decided I needed to do some leg work.  I set the treadmill at it's highest
incline, set the speed at 3.2 mph (I have short legs) and walked two miles
taking deliberate longer strides.  Wow!  That last quarter ...

I'm a big fan of snowcones during the summer and I'm wondering if anyone
knows of a topping I can buy for them that isn't loaded with sugar.
Maybe Crystal Light or something like that?

In the past (a mere ten pounds ago, not much), I used to gobble up
everything in front of me, despite whether or not it *tasted* good. I

According to FitDay I burn about 1600 kcal a day.
So far I've been eating about 1400 kcal a day.
I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm hoping it will work in a couple of
weeks. I like food too much to restrict it to less than 1200 kcal a day.

Yep, I gots me a bike! First bike in 15 years! Saturday was my birthday and
my in-laws and my wife & son chipped in to get me a bike for my present. I
got a different seat for it, but even with that my butt gets awful sore!
