I'm a big fan of snowcones during the summer and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a topping I can buy for them that isn't loaded with sugar. Maybe Crystal Light or something like that? Thanks!

| My new and better plan | 10 May 2006 16:32 GMT | 15 |
According to FitDay I burn about 1600 kcal a day. So far I've been eating about 1400 kcal a day. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm hoping it will work in a couple of weeks. I like food too much to restrict it to less than 1200 kcal a day.

Upper body weight workout. I use one of the workouts in the "Body for Life" for women. I've never followed their diet but do like their workouts. It was a busy day at work and I didn't eat an afternoon snack so I was starving when I finally arrived home. I know better but I ate ...
