I've been lurking for here for several weeks. Reading your posts has certainly been inspirational and informative and I figured it was time to step out from the shadows and say hello. Like most of you, I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life.

With a goal weight of around 145. I heard that you just mulitply the weight you want to be by ten and that's the amount of calories you would aim to consume. So, then I could eat about 1450 a day and lose weight. Is that about right? I know it's a bit different from one person to ...

Hi, people. Last night I got back to Tokyo from my 3 week trip to St. Louis and am happy to report that my scale this morning showed me at 88.0 kg = 193.6 lb. That is down 2.8 kg = 6.2 lb for the little more than 3 weeks for my trip,
