Aside from money, what is one of the challenges that people face? Yes..you got it! Overweight and obesity. What we see on tv, most of the ads are food, food, food. I love food and with today's fast lifestyle. We don't have the balance to do things like exercise.

I'm currently around 130kg (290ish lb) and started my first ever diet on Thursday last week. I'm having about 100 calories of low-fat yoguart for breakfast, something like a smallish portion of couscous for lunch, two or three fruits per day (sharon fruit, banana, some grapes, etc)

I intend to lose around 30% of my mass. What's going to happen to all that skin I have? Will it flap around in an unsightly manner? Will exercise get rid of it? Will it just be shead, along with the lbs? What about those electric belt muscle toner thingies - would they help?

I am bottomless! I can probably count the number of times I've felt "full" in my life on one hand. For example, I could easily pack away 3 big mac meals (all supersized of course) - I guess that WOULD make me full but fortunately the higher being in me stops me from doing things
