Well, it's been one month since I started reallly trying to lose my pregnancy weight! I started at 208.5 and am now 193! So 15.5 pounds gone in 1 month, which sounds awesome! I've been running 3 times a week and recently increased my run to 5.2 km from 3km (about 45 minutes

I like the beginning of a weight loss program...it's often easy to see an immediate response on the scale, which is a good motivator to continue. Intellectually, I know it's almost all -- if not all -- water

I don't know too much about flax oil, but the doc reccommended yesterday that my husband take it for his cholesterol. I have heard mention here that it does go bad, so it's best to buy it refrigerated? Where is the best place to buy something like this? Just a typical ...

Had a stroke. Went back to hospital. Is back home. She died inside. Her body is still here, and I have to take care of it. But Kristen is gone. I am investigating the best suicide methods for myself.

Some foods set us off; they make us crave more of it, or commence a session of thoughtless eating. The trigger foods on my roster include nuts (almonds and walnuts, specifically), sweets (muffins and cookies), and snack crisps (although I don't eat too much of it).
