frustrated with my "new" proportions30 Sep 2006 19:43 GMT12
I am within 4 lbs of my goal weight.  The last time I weighed 125, I could
wear size 4-6 pants.  Currently, I can wear a size 8 in some things, while
some size 10's are still too tight - especially jeans.  It seems I no longer
have a waist...; (  Not that I was some hourglass ...
Anyone tried Lipovarin?30 Sep 2006 12:41 GMT7
Looking for opinions only from those who have genuinely tried this
supplement (or know someone who has) and can thus comment intelligently on
it's efficacy.

Joined a gym!30 Sep 2006 02:43 GMT7
They waived the signup fee but in place of that, there is a mandatory
personal training package of 6 sessions with signup.  I think it's a
really good idea!  It will make me go and get me into a routine.  I had
my first session yesterday and it was awesome.  It seems to me that the
Treadmill29 Sep 2006 21:15 GMT20
We got ourselves a treadmill (Precor, a local purchase bought on eBay).
I set up a steel angle to be a bracket for the laptop, so that we can
combine walking on it with actually doing stuff on the computer. I set
it to 10% incline and a friendly pace.  That's actually very nice and
anger, nervousism and hunger29 Sep 2006 18:07 GMT2
Yesterday evening I was very angry and nervous for some problems with my
job. It was some days I've started to eat regulary and I felt better
than last week.
But I started to be very hungry, and anger and hunger growed up combined
so unbelievably tired29 Sep 2006 16:43 GMT8
Our daughter is 9 months and starting to teethe.  We are back to waking
about 5 times a night.  My daily schedule has gotten increasingly busy (and
I always thought stay at home moms watched soaps and ate bon bons all day).
I've continued to work out 5-6 times a week, but my ...

Matty's Monthly Update - September 200629 Sep 2006 10:33 GMT4
Fall is definitely here. Downtown Holland is decked out with pumpkins, hay
bales, & cornstalks. It's getting a bit chillier on my 4am jogs as well,
I may need to break out my winter hat and gloves if it gets much colder.
To get the bad stuff out of the way first, I was unable to ...
Food & Exercise -- 9/28/200629 Sep 2006 05:01 GMT3
At home all day today.  I had a busy morning doing stuff related to my
consulting business.  The folks in Dayton decided they want me out
there next week, so I spent the morning doing contractual paperwork
and making travel reservations.  Managed to get out for a run in the
The Historian's Update - 96 pounds lost!29 Sep 2006 01:31 GMT6
I was surprised to see the scale stop at 289 pounds today. It's good to
be back on track after my recent three week stall. My next goal is 285
pounds by October 14, so let's see if I can meet it.
I'm marking a non-scale victory as well today. I'm wearing size 46

Something new for the numerologists: I've lost more than half of my current weight28 Sep 2006 00:39 GMT4
I just happened to notice this - my current weight is 83 kg. I started at
125 kg, so I've lost 42 kg so far. 42 x 2 = 84 kg, so I've lost more than
half of my current weight so far! :)
