If you take the Ionamin Phentermine (the time release version), what is the typical dosage? Do you just take 30mg in the morning and that's it for the day? Or do you still have to take more around noon/afternoon, even though it is time-release?

I"ve been on a diet for 2 months, and so far I've lost 10 pounds. I'm 22. I noticed that the skin around my neck are getting wrinkles. and just some other specific area like my thigh areas, I feel skin is more loose there.
