I have a bottle of psyllium husk. It says 1 heaping tsp, 20 calories, 5.5g total carbs, 5g of fiber. If I put it into fitday as only having 5.5g of carbs with 5g of fiber, it says there should only be 2 calories, since it subtracts the fiber from total carbs when calculating ...

This week I lost 0.6 kg = 1.3 lb. Since my average daily calories came to 1621 calories/day (about 60 calories/day more than last week) this means my CPP (calories per pound per day needed to maintain weight) was 12.3, which is above average for me.
