I've been back to calorie counting since December 20, 2006. Everyday I
list every single thing I eat and drink. In average since December 20,
I took 1980 calories a day. I want to go down to about 1500-1600
calories a day.

Any south beach dieters out there?  I am starting the diet tomorrow
and need to lose about 60-70 lbs.  Its going to be tough, but I know I
can do it!  Oh yea, to make this a lil harder, I just quit smoking a

slug.  I went to bed at 10 last night and slept until 12 today.  I'm eating
the 6 required meals.  I don't feel hungry, just tired.  Is this normal?

I truly appreciated all the support I got from posting.  I have been
using the FitDay site to enter my food intake.  I am doing horribly but
at least I am being honest and entering everything I eat.
