I've been back to calorie counting since December 20, 2006. Everyday I list every single thing I eat and drink. In average since December 20, I took 1980 calories a day. I want to go down to about 1500-1600 calories a day.

Any south beach dieters out there? I am starting the diet tomorrow and need to lose about 60-70 lbs. Its going to be tough, but I know I can do it! Oh yea, to make this a lil harder, I just quit smoking a little over 2 weeks ago.

I truly appreciated all the support I got from posting. I have been using the FitDay site to enter my food intake. I am doing horribly but at least I am being honest and entering everything I eat. I didn't say how much I had to loose but I have decided to be honest
