I hate drinking plain water, so I bought some of the sugar free drink
packets to add flavor to the water.
Question:  On the drink packets' box it states that it is a soft drink mix.
So, can I still count it as water or do I have to consider it as a drink?

Did my Monday weigh in and lost one more pound. :) Not too discouraged by
that number. I didn't work out at all over the weekend as we were working on
our dining room remodel. So I feel pretty good about it. Even allowed myself

I am on a very structured, but healthy, weight loss journey, which
includes taking a number of vitamins and supplements. My only
complaint is that my daily 6 Flax Seed Oil capsules, 3 Fish Oil, and 4
CLA add up to 15 grams of fat, which is HALF of my daily allowance.

1) Is excess protein stored as fat, or excreted as feces?
2) Does eating close to sleep "promote fat," or does it help stave off
