The width of my hips really annoys me. I would look funny if I lost an
more weight because my hips would stick out weirdly. But I want to los
more. So is there any way I can decrease the width of my hips (I know
can't physically narrow them, but any way I can make them look better)

If anyone is interested, here are some of my favorite low-cal recipes.
Since I really don't cook, they are all quite simple. I eat low-fat so
these are also all very low fat.
1) Jello sugar-free, fat-free pudding. Make it with Hoods nonfat dairy

Went to the gym this morning, then ran a couple of errands.  In the
afternoon a friedn asked me to join her and her mom over at the winery
for a glass of wine so I did so.  I've eaten very little today -- was
still pretty full from last night, and a tad dyspeptic this morning
