Has anyone tried to make pudding or other dishes that call for milk using soy milk. I notice the 8th Continent light soy has only 60 cal. per cup, so it is lower calories than even skim milk, and presumably good for you. I tried some other brand once on cereal and it was

All the recent talk about contaminated wheat gluten in pet foods from Chinese sources has made me wonder: just where are protein supplements made, anyway? Are they made overseas, in China, like so many other things these days??
