Crossfit31 May 2007 03:11 GMT1

(www.crossfit.com)? I've tried a couple, and they have really kicked my
butt--and they're great for days I can't make it to the gym (some of the
workouts don't require equipment).

Lately I've started eating more fiber.  Problem is, it gives me gas.

it) that can help?  It's Kashi cereal and bars I'm eating, mostly.
Thanks.

f.cking her of a night, because when I perform cunnilingus, I have to
lift up her belly flap, and underneath is all dead dry skin. Poor
bitch can't wash herself anymore so I have to do it for her.
