Has anyone tried the workouts of the day posted on Crossfit (www.crossfit.com)? I've tried a couple, and they have really kicked my butt--and they're great for days I can't make it to the gym (some of the workouts don't require equipment).

Lately I've started eating more fiber. Problem is, it gives me gas. Bad. Anything I can take with it (other than drink water after eating it) that can help? It's Kashi cereal and bars I'm eating, mostly. Thanks.

I'd like to get some advice from the cyclists out there... The longest ride I've ever done was last weekend - 40 miles. It was a combination of rolling paved hills and brutally steep gravel roads. I'd like to think it was the equivalent of 50+ typical paved miles.
