I recently returned to Weightwatchers after a 15 year break. I am a lifetime member and am looking forward to eating healthier and exercising regularly again. It's easy to slip into unhealthy habits; the older I get, I realize it's easier to maintain a positive outlook

For loosing one pound of weight we need to cut 3500 calories. So fo loosing a pound of weight per week, we should eat 500 calories less than what our body burns per day. Simpl logic. Isn't it?

I dont know about you but i am sick of all the "get thin quick pills" and diet supplements going around at the moment. Whatever happened to losing the weight naturally? I am rebelling and I am pushing for natural weight loss only. (good luck to me........)

I had a blood test several years ago and my cholesterol and triglycerides were very high (I think it was in the mid-200s or something). I didn't have enough money to go on statins, then I heard about omega-3 in fish oil and have been taking about 4-5g a day for the last year.
