Diet Pills18 May 2007 12:09 GMT8

Went for a run in the morning.  In the afternoon I worked at the
conservancy for a little while, then went for a winery visit.  Hay

Whey Protein In Addition to Glutamine and BCAA???14 May 2007 06:10 GMT20

skeptical) "overtraining," but since I'm not young like I used to be,
perhaps it finally exists for me, too (I'm still wedded to the ol'

Since so many ASDers have successfully made their goal and are
successfully maintaining their weight I thought it would be inspiring
if they posted to this thread.

New to this forum, but am in desperate need of a support group!

I seemed to have mysteriously gained 40 pounds over the last few months
and need desperately to take it (and more) off!

Usual Friday morning of gym visit followed by grocery store stop.  In
