According to the June issue of a leading consumer magazine the best diet is Volumetrics by Barbara Rolls. I am getting a copy tomorrow from Amazon. It was very highly rated on the Amazon site. If anyone is interested; I will give further information on the book. I think

I've been thinking hard about this recently. What is success? Obviously, getting to goal and staying there is successful. But what about if someone get two thirds of the way to goal, and stay there? Is that success too?

Went for a run in the morning. In the afternoon I worked at the conservancy for a little while, then went for a winery visit. Hay fever was better in the daytime but is bad again tonight; I'm about to go lie down and read for the rest of the evening.
