me again- thanking all for the warm welcome and good advice.  for
phoenix- not my first diet- sad to say!  I lost a gob a weight 6 years
ago to have my son, gained during the pregnancy and just kept
gaining.  I got a very strict diet from my doctor at that time, which

We got home from vacation today.  It was a long drive.  We have a new
GPS unit that we've been playing with -- telling it to take us on
routes that avoid freeways.  Sometimes that works better than

Hi- I have been dieting now for almost a month, been 80% good I'd say-
and not losing a pound.  I admit to not exercising enough, but I still
