I decided to drop a capsule of Z trim appetite suppresant into an eight ounce glass of warm water to see what would happen. I believe Z trim is insoluble fiber. Within 2 minutes the capsule released it's contents which fell to the bottom

I've been weighing myself daily since the 1st of July & am just now getting enough data to chart and start to see, maybe, some data that is meaningful. A pattern is starting to emerge, but I need another month or two worth of data to see if it is real or not.
