hi, im currently doing slimming world and have just found out im pregnant, is
anyone doing the plan whilst pregnant???

Ok, so I have my own business and I am always at the office and don't
get home til anywhere from midnight to 2 AM, depending on what I am
working on, but my quesiton for you guys out there is how can I
maintain a good diet, or a better word meal plan, instead of eating

I am very new to fitness and am looking for a little help in putting
together a plan to lose weight.  I am 5'6" and weigh about 170
pounds.  I would like to lose about 30 pounds.  I have been running
about a mile and a half 3 days a week for the last month and still

It is said that exercising helps lose weight.
But if I exercise a lot, the body would notice that calories is being spent
and would make me want to eat more to compensate. How could this help me
lose weight?

Most dieters are concerned with losing weight, but more can be had from
a diet. It is possible to get quite healthy, help preclude illness and
slow aging. So why not go all the way, while losing that unwanted fat?
A holistic approach is to aim for raising the body pH level ...

...my wife doesn't like ANY vegetables... would a tin of mixed vegetable
soup every couple of days be beneficial ?
She has been told to lose weight and eat a more balanced diet.... Could this
be one way to get her to at least try and eat vegetables..??

We are researching ways that people try to feel better about their
bodies. One obvious way is to try to lose weight, but there are many
negative side effects of losing weight including damage to self-esteem
when weight is put back on, plus the many adverse health effect

I started a new blog about my struggle to lose weight. I am doing this
to try and get support and suggestions. Also to make myself
accountable for my binges and bad eating. I am desperate to lose the
last 16 pounds of baby weight. Please stop by and lend some support.

Went for my usual Tuesday morning run.  In the afternoon I went to the
pool for a while.  Tonight we did some more basement clear-out.
Food:
* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dates

Did my usual gym stuff this morning, then made a quick grocery store
stop.  We were supposed to put out moth traps this afternoon at the
conservancy, but cancelled due to thunderstorms.  For the same reason,
I couldn't go to the pool.  I spent an hour or so this evening doing
