Today was a strange eating day. Most of the day was centered around
the UT/SC game so I didn't eat normally.
Breakfast:     bowl of apple jacks w/ 1% milk       cal- 300

Yesterday was the final day of the Halloween Safari at the
conservancy.  Rather than going to hip-hop in the morning, I went over
to the conservancy to help with set-up.  After that I went by the
winery for a while.  In the evening I went back to the conservancy to

Well, my wife and I went to the gym for an hour.
Then we went to one of our favorite restaurants for breakfast... at
noon.

support me back when I weighed 300.  Once you get below the BMI of the fat
people you know, they become serious adversaries to what you are doing.

I've been exercising fairly regularly for 5 months.

fat 25% of calories
carbs 50% of calories
