I will keep posting this same set of questions until someone answers
them properly. Dave Bugg, youd better stay outta this new thread unless
you want to see more of my repetitions. Same to you, Doug Irv. If you
have something insensible to say then please keep it to yourself.

Holiday exercise dilemma24 Nov 2007 23:31 GMT10
I've been eating differently and exercising since May, and am around halfway
to my target of a UK dress size 12.  I started because my physiotherapist
told me that with the arthritic knees I have inherited I would never walk
again without pain unless I reduced my weight.  At that ...

Hi, some evenings I come home rinse off a potato wrap up in a clear wrap
then microwave it.
Is there any way to microwave a potato and make it taste similar to an oven
baked potato?

What Tofu Can Do for You23 Nov 2007 05:40 GMT2
Gone are the days when the mention of tofu turned stomachs...well, not
entirely but the appreciation for tofu has grown immensely in the past
few years. From health nuts to those who want to try something
different in their diets, tofu is becoming widely recognized for its

You Can Lose Inches Fast21 Nov 2007 16:08 GMT1
In just an hour, you can expect to lose between 6 and 20 inches off of
your body. No amount of working out can make that difference in that
time frame. Hitting the gym 5 times a week and pushing your limits on
weight training you might lose 5-10 inches in a month.
Calorie Counters?21 Nov 2007 14:33 GMT2
Anyone know where I can find the best free calorie tracker out there?
I'd like one that has some foods/drinks already inputted.  For
example, I'm trying to wean myself from Mountain Dew, but I still have
at least one a day.  I'd like to find a calorie tracker that says
A new, honest approach to weight loss21 Nov 2007 06:28 GMT4
Hi!  I am new to this blogging and I made my first post today.  I'm
still trying to figure out how to find other people interested in the
same things I am to discuss things with...  It is not as easy to
maneuver as other blog sites I have tried.  Anyway, check out my blog

Food & Exercise -- 11/15/200718 Nov 2007 22:14 GMT5
Didn't go running this morning as it was pouring rain.  Instead, for a
change of paste, I did some indoor stair climbing.  Late in the
afternoon I joined my friend Mary Anne for a tasting of Beaujolais
Nouveau at a wine store (kind of disappointing -- they were only
What do I do now?18 Nov 2007 14:19 GMT10
I really, really need some advice, and going to a nutritionist and
asking my doctor have not really helped.  Please bear with me as this
might be a bit long. I'm female, 5' 8".  Over the past year, I have
lost approximately 100 pounds.  I've been at a size 12 and 165-170 lbs
