Interesting thread, but I think generally that most people work out way too much. Don't forget, muscles need rest to grow. I would be interested to know how much did you work out when you just stared your muscle building program?

I couldn't figure out why I've gained 20 pounds, but don't eat any differently than I did when I lost 60 pounds. I still work out every day. Turns out it's the damn Lexpro.
