I may be a bike owner in the near future. Believe it or not, I won a
Fuji Crosstown 2.0 in a blog contest. And I haven't been on a bicycle
in like 30 YEARS! I've never ridden on hills before... and that's what

Regular coagulants for the soy protein to make tofu are Calcium
Sulphate (gypsum), Magnesium Chloride (nigari), or Magnesium Sulphate
(epsom).
