I'm probably pushing to hard with my diet right now. I started it with
a lot of june pruice on Day 1 and 2. I've lost about three pounds

Ornish diet/lifestyle questions06 May 2008 00:24 GMT4
I am just learning about the Ornish diet and I have a few questions

The shifting Calories Theory03 May 2008 02:19 GMT9
I'm not spaming you guys. I just want to know your opinion on that
theory. I don't know about weight-loss, but I think it's basically a

let's say 500 calories. For the next two day you're more hungry, and
Week 2: still losing...02 May 2008 02:58 GMT1
As I expected the weight loss was much less this week. We had our 10th
wedding anniversary (with fancy dinner) and a birthday party.
Nevertheless, I am quite happy with how things are going. My scale
measures body fat content as well as weight, and both have been going
