My stool is getting harder. I've been taking 600 mg of docusate sodium twice a day for at least ten years because some of the drugs I take harden the stool. I had slacked off the bran and fiber intake. Shortly after I returned to it in earnest the stool returned to normal.

Should that be doable. I won't share #'s here except to say i'd like to lose weight at that rate. I feel like i've been killing myself in the gym (cardio and weights) 3-4 times a week since September and not getting the results i want.
